Help For Die-Off Symptoms

Die-Off Symptoms are Not What We Are Led to Believe They Are
I have eliminated using "Die-Off Symptoms" to describe any reactions or symptoms involving bacteria and candida/fungus infections. That is because "die-off symptoms" is a term that was fabricated (made up) by the medical industry in order to justify using antibiotics to treat bacteria and candida/fungus infections - read Die-Off Symptoms & Herxheimer Reactions to understand why I refer to all symptoms and reactions as healing and detoxifying reactions.
It is also interesting that most antibiotics are made from fungus, and others are made from things like snake venom.
Help for Severe Healing & Detoxifying Reactions
When you experience severe healing and detoxifying reactions, you can help alleviate them by doing these treatments:

Take High Doses of Vitamin C - This treatment should only be done a maximum of 5 days in a row, and then you go back to taking only 4,000 mg of vitamin C daily as usual.
First Day: Take 4,000 mg of vitamin C all at once the first day only, and take 1,000 mg every waking hour, or until you reach bowel tolerance. Bowel tolerance is when you get loose stools, similar to diarrhea. When you get loose stools, cut back on the amount of vitamin C taken every hour by 250 mg and continue at the lower dose every hour until you reach bowel tolerance again, and so on.
Second - Fifth Day: Take 1,000 mg every waking hour, or until you reach bowel tolerance at which time you would follow the instructions above.

Epsom Salts Bath - Baths help draw toxins out through the skin which can help minimize symptoms, and the magnesium sulphate in Epsom salts is absorbed through the skin which helps soothe and relax aching muscles and joints.
Bath water should be warm and not hot. Hot baths are not advisable since it draws blood to the surface of the skin making your body work harder to maintain its temperature.
Add two cups, or 500 grams, of Epsom salts, and soak for 15-20 minutes.

Other Simple Things to Help You

For relaxation do this for 15 minutes every day: Lie on the floor with your feet on a chair so your thighs are at a right angle to the seat of the chair and the calves of your legs are resting across the seat of the chair. It is as simple as that.

Do dry skin brushing, which will stimulates the liver and lymphatic system to dump their toxins, and it also increases their ability to handle toxins – see Dry Skin Brushing.

Thump your thymus to stimulate it. Using the knuckles of one hand, thump gently but firmly on the middle of your breastbone. Thump about 10 times in a row. Do this several
times a day to stimulate and wake up your thymus, which is very important part of your immune system.
