The most effective support for the liver are treatments that do not interfere with the balance of proper nutrients on Bee's health programs. That is why taking herbs are not advisable since they are diuretic, which makes the body lose water along with important minerals.

The Best Liver Support Treatments
If you do not have liver or gall bladder pain you may not need to do these treatments, however mild exercises described in #1 below are good for anyone's health.
