Bee's All Meat & Fat Program
© Copyright Bee Wilder, Revised May 29, 2011
"Good" natural fats as defined in Bee's articles, must be started at small amounts and slowly increased so natural healing and detoxifying symptoms and reactions are easier to handle.
When you are able to consume at least the lower range of your fat gram ratios—see Calculate Protein, Fat & Carb Ratios—you will able to do this program.
Notes:
-
You can have one of Bee's Egg Drink per day while on this program even though eggs contains some carbs, and the spices and stevia are carbs. Carbs are all foods not classified as protein and fat, which includes all plant foods.
-
Take all of the supplements recommended on Bee's candida or other health programs.
-
Nutritional Yeast Flakes are okay on this program since they are a substitute for taking Vitamin B Complex supplements.
-
Also take 1 teaspoon of good ocean sea salt per day while on this program.
Summary of All Meat & Fat Program
-
Do not consume any man-made Unnatural Fats & Oils. Only consume natural fats, including unrefined coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, butter, lard, bacon fats, and other natural occurring animal fats in meats and eggs.
-
Consume the best meats you can afford, i.e. preferably organic or certified organic, since they are more nutritious. Eat more red meats than other kinds. Choose cuts of meat that contain the most fat in them; pork contains the most fat and is considered a red meat. Have at least 2 servings of fish and 1 serving of liver per week.
-
Do not consume any processed meats of any kind, i.e. sausage, bacon, ham, lunch meats, etc., unless you ensure they not smoked and do not contain nitrates, sulphites, salt, sugar, flavorings, spices, etc.
-
Drink 6–8 ounces of liquids with meals. You may find you will want more water on this program, so drink to thirst.
-
Do not snack between meals, since the production of hydrochloric acid (HCl) in the stomach is almost shut down when there is food travelling through the upper part of the small intestines. HCl is most important for protein digestion.
-
For cooking use unrefined coconut oil, butter, lard or other natural occurring fats from animals. Butter burns easily but it can be mixed with the other fats.
-
Cook meats on low heat. Meats can be cooked medium to rare, according to your taste. Overcooking meats makes them lose moisture and packs the molecules closer together so they are harder to digest, but it is not necessary to eat raw meats.
Ratios are Percentage of Calories (not grams)
-
Calculate how many calories per day you need to consume for your height, weight, exercise level, etc. using this Calorie Calculator.
-
You need to consume 20% meat/eggs and 80% fats by calorie count, and not in quantity, volume or grams. Fats include unrefined coconut oil, butter, lard, olive oil, cod liver oil, and other natural occurring fats from animals, along with fats in all meats and eggs. Enter all of the foods consumed, including Bee's Egg Drink (if you have it) into www.fitday.com according to Fitday.com - How to Use It, but only do Steps 1 through 6, and since you are not consuming any vegetables you do not need to keep track of fibers.
-
After entering all of your foods into Fitday.com, including cod liver oil, scroll down to the calorie pie chart to ensure you are consuming enough calories per day and that you are getting close to 80% fat calories and 20% protein calories. It does not have to be exact. Adjust quantities as needed.
-
NOTE: If you consume too little fats with protein you can become constipated. To get an idea of the amount of meat and fat, it is about 6 ounces of protein and 2 ounces of fat per meal (3 meals per day) for someone who is moderately active. If that seems like too much protein for you, lower the amount along with lowering fats. Bee is 5 feet 6 inches tall and does great on 4 ounces of protein per meal, along with 1.5 ounces of fat.
Bowel Movements Will Change
Your stools will change, so they will not be as big around as they are when eating carbs, therefore they won't give you the same urges to go. So it is important that you set aside time every day to move your bowels. If you find they are sticky and you aren't able to get them out like you should, that means you are not eating enough fat.
