Fish Burgers
Ingredients

2 cans of canned tuna, drained - see note

1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup red pepper, finely chopped

1 whole egg, lightly beaten

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped

3 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
Note: Tuna should be Skipjack or Albacore and packed in Spring water.
Preparation
Burgers can be baked, broiled, or grilled.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Form the mixture into four equal burgers.

Grease pan or grill with coconut oil, and put the burgers on it, spaced slightly apart.

Broil, bake or grill tuna patties 8 to 10 minutes, turning once.
These taste good served with Garlic Mayonnaise [Aioli] or homemade Mayonnaise, and lemon wedges.
