Chicken & Pepper Stirfry
Ingredients

3-5 raw boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut up into
bite size pieces

1-2 tablespoons coconut oil (unrefined)

2 green peppers, cut into 2 inch slices

1 red pepper, cut into 2 inch slices
-
1 yellow pepper, cut into 2 inch slices

1 orange pepper, cut into 2 inch slices
-
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped with seeds & pith (optional)

ocean sea salt, to taste
Preparation

Stir fry chicken in coconut oil until it is no longer pink.
-
Add peppers and stir-fry for a few minutes. The peppers should still be crisp.
