Caesar Dressing
Makes about 3/4 cups.
Ingredients

1 whole large egg

2 small cloves garlic
-
1 1/2 tablespoons Anchovy Paste

3 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
-
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder

3 tablespoons olive oil
-
ocean sea salt & fresh ground pepper, to taste
All spices must be organic or certified organic from the health store since all commercial spices are irradiated (zapped with radiation) which change and damage the body's cells if consumed.
Preparation

Make Anchovy Paste

Put all ingredients, including the anchovy paste, in a food processor or blender, and puree for 30 seconds, or until smooth.

Use immediately or store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Re-blend the dressing before serving.
