Bake & Fry Mix
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
Ingredients

2 cups freeze-dried onions, about 5 ounces

2 teaspoons ocean sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground sage

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried coriander
-
1 teaspoon dried thyme
-
1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes

2 bay leaves, crushed
All spices must be organic or certified organic from the health store because all other commercial spices are irradiated (zapped with radiation) which change and damage the body's cells if consumed.
Preparation

Put the onion in the blender or food processor, and blend for 1 minute.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for 30 seconds.

Store refrigerated in an airtight container – it is good for up for 2 weeks, however it can be frozen to keep it much longer.
