Green Goddess Salad Dressing
Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients

1/4 cup Basic Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon each of scissor-snipped fresh parsley, chives or green onion, fresh dill leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed)

1 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1 to 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
All spices and herbs must be organic or certified organic from the health store, since most commercial products are irradiated (zapped with radiation) which change and damage the body's cells if consumed.
Preparation

Mix ingredients together. Use additional lemon juice and olive oil to thin dressing as desired.

Let it sit a few minutes, and then pour over raw or cooked vegetables or use it as a dip.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
