Raw Liver Drink

Ingredients

1/2 to 1 ounce grass-fed organic or certified organic liver, cut into small chunks and frozen (it must be frozen to blend well)

1 cup organic unpasteurized tomato juice

the juice of 1/2 lime, freshly squeezed

a dash of hot sauce (tobasco sauce or ground up cayenne pepper)

1 to 2 raw organic or certified organic egg yolks
-
1 to 2 tablespoons of unrefined coconut oil
-
1/4 teaspoon ocean sea salt
Preparation
Blend everything together in a blender.
If the drink gives you a livery aftertaste, you can follow it with Bee's Electrolyte Drink to freshen up your mouth.
Liver chunks can also be soaked in lemon juice before freezing them to reduce the strong liver taste.
