Creamy Avocado or Asparagus Soup or Sauce
Makes 4 servings.
This is a rich, creamy and very quick recipe that can be served as soup or sauce.
Ingredients

4 medium ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
OR 2 cups asparagus, steamed

1 clove garlic, crushed

3 cups non-chlorinated water

1/2 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 tablespoon ground spices to taste, i.e. dill, paprika, thyme, etc.

1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
All dried and ground herbs and spices must be organic or certified organic from the health store because all commercial products are irradiated (zapped with radiation) which change and damage the body's cells if consumed.
Preparation

Using a blender or food processor, blend avocados, garlic, water and lemon juice until smooth.

Add spices and parsley and blend 1 minute.

Serve as a refreshing hot or cold soup or sauce.
