Meatballs or Meatloaf
Ingredients

2 pounds ground turkey, beef, or a combination of beef and pork

1/2 green pepper, finely chopped

1 whole jalapeno pepper with seeds and pith, chopped (optional)

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 large whole egg, beaten

ocean sea salt, to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well. Shape into
meatballs or meatloaf, whichever you prefer.

Bake meatballs on an oiled pan at 400°F for about 20 minutes or until brown and done.
Bake meatloaf in a large loaf pan at 350°F for about 75 minutes.
