Tomato Style Barbecue Sauce

Yields 1/2 cup of sauce.

A robust sauce for the kitchen or outdoor barbecuing.
You might want to make the Tomato Ketchup ahead of time.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard or mustard blend
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/16 teaspoon green stevia powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

All dried spices and herbs must be organic or certified organic from the health store, since most commercial
products are irradiated (zapped with radiation) which change and damage the body's cells if consumed.

Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Refrigerate in a covered jar until ready to use.

Tips: This sauce is great for barbecued chicken, pork chops, steak, or turkey loin chops on the outdoor grill. In the kitchen use it with meatloaf, meatballs, and more.
