Lambie Burgers

Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients

1 pound of ground lamb

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 clove garlic, pressed

1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder (more or less to taste)

ocean sea salt and black pepper (to taste).
All dried or ground herbs and spices must be organic or certified organic from the health store because all commercial products are irradiated (zapped with radiation) which change and damage the body's cells if consumed.
Preparation

Mix the rosemary, cayenne and garlic into the lamb.

Form it into 4 burgers.

Cook in a frying pan, covered, over medium heat; 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

Serve with a pat of butter or a tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil, seasoned with ocean sea salt and black pepper.

Complete with a side of salad and/or a steamed vegetable or two, topped with butter or extra virgin olive oil, ocean sea salt and herbal seasonings for a wonderful brunch.
