Tamara's Tomatillo Salsa

Tomatillos are from Mexico, they look like small green tomatoes with an extra skin.
Ingredients

2 Anaheim chile peppers, roasted, peeled, and chopped

1 pound fresh tomatillos (about 10 to 12), peeled, stems removed

2 fresh Serrano chiles, cut in half

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1 medium clove garlic, minced

1/4 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon lime juice, freshly squeezed

1/4 teaspoon ocean sea salt
Instructions

Pulse tomatillos in food processor or blender until coarsely chopped.

Add peppers and the next 3 ingredients, and pulse until it is diced, but do not over process it.

Pour into a serving bowl and stir in the olive oil, lime juice, and salt until well blended.

Chill and serve.
