Ingredients

Measurements are approximate so you can adjust them to suit your own taste.

  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed & sliced into a few pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt - see Note
  • fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

All spices and herbs must be organic or certified organic from the health store, since most commercial
products are irradiated (zapped with radiation) which change and damage the body's cells if consumed.

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender, except the olive oil, until well combined.
  2. With the blender running at slow speed, slowly drizzle in all of the olive oil.
  3. Taste and adjust as needed.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Tips: If it is too lemony, add more oil. If it is too bland, add more lemon. Start with a little bit of garlic and add more if needed.

Note: I love Herbamare as a seasoning, which is sea salt flavored with dried herbs and vegetables. It is a tasty treat to use occasionally in place of ocean sea salt.
