• Liquid - Carlson Labs, Norwegian Cod Liver Oil, take 1 tablespoon per day and also take 1 Vitamin A Capsule (no Vitamin D) - NOW Foods Shark Liver Oil Vitamin A.



• Capsules - Life Time, Omega-3, take 2 softgels per day, and also buy Natural Factors Halibut Liver Oil, which contains vitamins A and D, take 3 softgels per day. This product is not available at iHerb but it can be purchased at many local health stores or other online sources. This product is naturally derived from purified and filtered fish liver oil, so it isn't derived from soy. Even though it doesn't state it is soy-free, if there is any soy in it the amount would be very small.


3. Castor Oil Pack Supplies - NOW Foods Castor Oil, 16 fluid ounces (473 ml) and Home Health Wool Flannel, 18 X 24 inches.



4. Dry Skin Brushing - Yerba Prima, Natural Bristle Skin Brush, Approx. 15 3/4 Inches Long.
