• Nature's Life, A & D 10,000 IU/400 IU, 100 Softgels (derived from fish "liver" oil). It contains soy as part of the softgel capsule only, which is a very small amount, so it okay to take.
• Natural Factors Halibut Liver Oil, contains 10,000 IU vitamin A and 400 IU Vitamin D. This product is not available at iHerb but it can be purchased at many local health stores or other online sources. This product is naturally derived from purified and filtered fish liver oil, so it isn't derived from soy. Even though it doesn't state it is soy-free, if there is any soy in it the amount would be very small.
19. Vitamin B Complex:
• Natural Factors Hi-Potency Vitamin B Complex and also buy Niacin (B3) - Natural Factors Niacin 100 mg tablets; since each tablet is 100 mg be sure to cut the tablet in half to get 50 mg, and some people need to start with 1/4 of a tablet.
