Success Story by Eric, February 2010
Eric has been on Bee's candida program for 4 months, and his worst symptom was brain fog, which was the first to stop! He thought he was allergic to eggs, but has been eating them with no problems, and realized he wasn't allergic, instead he had healing reactions. His digestion is really good now, his sex drive has increased, and he gained some much needed weight. His abs look like he does a thousand crunches per day, but he doesn't exercise at all! He says "I'm living proof that Americans view of diet and exercise is completely backwards." I eat tons of saturated fat and don't exercise at all beyond daily activities, go figure.

I haven't posted in a long time, because I've been doing so well and didn't wanna jinx it. lol! But I feel the need to reach out to you, so here you go.
I have been on Bee's diet for 4 months and I've experienced lots of die-off symptoms (detoxifying), all of which has been tolerable; tolerable enough for me to go to work 5 days a week and travel every weekend and hang out with friends and such.
The most important thing I can say to anyone doing Bee's diet is this... DO NOT CHEAT! I haven't cheated once in four months and I know this is why I'm doing so well, yet I constantly read other people posting how awful they feel after cheating, or that they have been following Bee's diet "for the most part," yet they still have such and such symptoms. This way of life is all or nothing.
We're toxic people, and the only way for us to heal is to keep toxins out. Listen to your body. I have been suspecting my contact lenses were causing some of my toxic build up lately so I started wearing my glasses again and instantly felt a lot better.
I hardly eat any vegetables at this point. Everyday I eat eggs for breakfast (which by the way I thought I was "allergic" to for the longest time, but now know they were just healing reactions). I eat free range meats for lunch and dinner with sauerkraut. Apart from sauerkraut I maybe eat one serving of cooked vegetables a day. For desert/snacks I eat soaked and dried nuts and seeds.
I'm not completely healed, obviously, but I no longer worry when I get symptoms, because every symptom I've had has come and gone. They will all pass. Every passing week something improves. Sometimes minor things you don't even notice will improve. I used to post on here about digestive problems, now my digestion is really quite good. I rarely get diarrhea anymore and when I do it's
only for one day and I know it's just die-off. I used to be concerned about my weight (like many people here) as I was down to 123 pounds for a 5 feet 8" male and had lost 35 pounds from 158. I now weigh 137 and I look GOOD!
I haven't done so much as a sit-up in 8 months yet my abs look like I do a thousand crunches a day. This is what I looked like when I was a junior/senior in high school! lol! I'm 27 years old now. I'm living proof that Americans view of diet and exercise is completely backwards. I eat tons of saturated fat and don't exercise at all beyond daily activities, go figure.
I used to have this awful "feeling" in my forehead that felt like brainfog and was just awful all day long for the first month and a half on the diet, and one day it just went away. That was probably my biggest improvement, because that was my worst symptom.
I live in Milford, Connecticut too, but I'm really busy and wouldn't have time to meet up, but I can assure you this thing is real, and that this diet is the best answer for it. I had gone from doctor to doctor before this, went to the ER twice, been to a Naturopath, and so on. I wish I had just started here.
Healing will take a long time, so find a hobby or something you enjoy doing that you can look forward to, to help pass the time and reduce stress. I play pool on Mondays in a league, and I play a card game with friends a few days a week. This has been so helpful. When I'm doing these things I actually forget I have any problems. I still have adrenal issues but that's about it.
My brain is operating just great, no more fog! Digestion is good, weight is up. Also my sex drive has improved which was a major concern for me as I'm only 27, but getting my health back is my number one priority, so no relationships for me for a while. lol! Everything will get better with time.
Good luck, and DON'T CHEAT!
Eric
