WAHOOOO!!!! I went to my naturopath this morning!!!! Thanks to Bee's plan I surpassed his estimate (and mine) of when my candida would be at a normal level!!!!!! I have been strictly following her plan since February 7, 2006, as of today my fungus and bacterial levels are within the normal range.

I do however have a metal toxicity level that is unacceptable so he has put me on a detox plan which I explained to him would be slowly implemented into my plan as I do plan to stick to Bee's eating plan for the rest of my life. I do have to get dental work to remove all the metal from my mouth. But I do get to add a few things into my plan!! Just in time for the camping long weekend!! I am just so excited!!

Oh and I am down 34 lbs, only 4 lbs away from the goal I had set for myself for June 1, 2006!! I may make it yet!! What a bonus to this plan! I have so much energy!! He is going to work on my back with Laser acupuncture because of the pinched nerve that has been bothering me. He actually explained what happened to me, not pushing my pain off to the side like it wasn't important. He explained why I have pain in a totally different area than where the pinched nerve is! Gee I think I like him!!!! LOL!
