Hello Bee,

It has been 1 month now since you suggested I take 50,000 units of Vitamin A for my extremely dry skin and I am able to feel the results now, there is no more stinging! Yippee!

As you suggested I will stop taking it for 3 days, then resume for another month, as I know my skin is still very dry, but MUCH better than before as it is not as dry, it does not itch, sting or tingle. No more pins and needles! 'sigh' :-)

Since taking the Vitamin A, I notice that my skin is more able to absorb the coconut oil. I think it was SO dry before not much could help from the outside. Now that the Vitamin A has been doing its thing on the inside, building up nutritionally, my skin is responding on the outside. What a relief!

I will continue the other things you recommended too, as all are working together for the good of my skin and well being. Thank you so much for all your help. :-)
