How are you my friend? I am doing great! The reason I'm writing is to tell you that I have finally healed my thyroid and consequently YES!!!! MY HAIR HAS STOPPED FALLING OUT!!!!!!! YEY!!!! It took ten long, grueling months and A LOT of hair, but I did it. Also, after a one year absence, my period has come back; it is extremely regular with minimal discomfort.

To date I have been on your program for 1 year and 3 months and I feel I still have a little ways to go with my immune system to keep the candida in check. I am pleased to say that I am enjoying my homemade Kefir again; I started drinking it on my one year anniversary and did not have any side effects, so I have stuck with it happily. (You know how much I missed my Kefir Bee ;+)

One spectacular side effect of this diet is the lessening of wrinkles, I am 41 and I look younger now than I did two years ago. I had two deep, furrow lines in between my forehead and they are gone now, also some of my crow's feet have softened as well. I was watching the news the other day and they were discussing how sugar reduces the elasticity of your cells, so with the elimination of sugar from your diet and all the good fats that Bee recommends you can not help but reverse the aging process. If you have any doubts just look at Bee's picture, the proof IS in the pudding or should I say the wrinkles are in the pudding ;+)

I wish to be an inspiration for those of you out there struggling with your health, this is a long, hard, road but one that is surely worth your effort due to the spectacular results that await you. I believe that had I not embarked on this journey when I did that some form of cancer was surely forthcoming in my future, not to mention a bald head too. I plan on sticking with Bee's program for at least another six months to make sure I'm healed inside and out and then onto a slightly less strict maintenance plan for life.

P.S. Bee I forgot to mention the disappearance of my black circles and how white the whites of my eyes are now too! As unpleasant as this is, enemas are the reason. No one likes to do them but they made a HUGE difference for me in cleaning out my liver, I just wish I didn't wait so long before I started doing them, oh well.

I was a rather voracious tooth brusher and consequently I scrubbed a lot of the enamel right off my teeth. I had severe sensitivity to the point that I had two un-necessary root canals done. I started Bee's diet in Feb of 2006 and I was using a lot of gelatin over the summer and by last September I noticed that I had re-generated all new enamel where I had brushed it off. Bee thinks it was the lack of sugar and good diet but I am convinced it was the gelatin. Either way I am ecstatic because I thought that I was going to have to tolerate this sensitivity for the rest of my life, NOT!!!!

No I did not take any thyroid meds, my blood work never showed an imbalance (rigid cells) even though I had dry, cracked skin, a hoarse voice, mega hair loss, coarse dry hair, no sex drive, stopped period, weight gain, you get the picture.

There were times that I wanted desperately to take anything just to get my hair to stop falling out but I couldn't get a script because I couldn't *prove* there was a problem. Bee just kept on telling me that my thyroid WOULD heal though, so I persevered, and voila, it has! Hang in there Susan, it will heal.
