. . .after following a paleodiet for 12 months then switching over here a month ago, I have cured severe allergies, ankylosing spondylitis, eczema, asthma, and a great deal of brain fog. All I had to eliminate from paleo was a bit of fruit and then add the antifungals. I was surprised, however, how much the fruit was adversely affecting me.
I am pleased to have had a mild healing reaction with a bunch of tiny bumps (like zits) inside my cheeks near where they meet the jaw (seems like a great place for a fungus to grow). They came on over 24 hours and lasted about 3 days. It seemed to happen after my first batch of kimchi (not real spicy).
