I'm glad to report that my herniated disc is healed and Doc scoffed when I asked him about my spondylitis. He said it is impossible to recover from that! Sorry I didn't notice when I healed but I healed! :D Staying on Bee's diet and supplements and taking the bone broth definitely changed my life. I can bend and move without pain either in my back or neck.

I was in multiple traffic accidents when I lived in Los Angeles resulting in a herniated disc at C4. When I moved to Seattle in 1995 I developed spondylitis in my mid to low back to the point I lost all feeling below my waist for 3 months.

I want to encourage you Sophie, to try the bone broth. Though no one in the group has reported back that they have recovered from your bone on bone condition, my recovery from spondylitis shows the power of Bee's program. :)
