Thanks for your support and info Bee.

I didn't think I had Candida down below but now I know I did as it is sooo much better down there! I actually thought that I had a problem after giving birth to my youngest son and needed to get the tear, from giving birth, re-stitched. It was flipping Candida but I didn't know - 2 years later I figure it out! Ugh!

I've had vaginal thrush many times in the past but thought it had all cleared up. Silly me! Since starting this diet it has made such a different 'down there'! Sooo glad I don't have to go back and get re-stitched! Ouch!

Thanks again Bee. I know I am heading in the right direction and have been spouting to fellow Rosaceans about this diet. Hopefully they also come on board and benefit like I have done in a short amount of time...and things will get even better...I know it!

I spent from 10am to 6pm outdoors building my new chicken pen and will get some chickens tomorrow (fresh eggs, yum!). Then I will start on my veggie patch. It is a standard no no for Rosaceans to be out in the sun but I feel fabulous and am now enjoying the sun again.

So much has changed and improved. I can eat things like tomatoes again without my face flaring up. I used tomatoes as a 'test' on my new tolerance levels. I used to have lots of 'spots' on my face but not anymore. One came up a few days ago and went away quickly. It normally takes several months for pustules to clear for me. It's all good news! Yeay!
