Success Story by Kathleen, May 2008
Since I started Bee's program almost a year ago, I no longer have uncomfortable varicose veins. They are less visible, no longer protrude, and never hurt like they used to. Thank you, Bee!

Hello everyone,
I live in the sub-tropics in Mexico and things are heating up, temperature-wise. Once the weather turned warmer, I started having what seemed to be non-stop hot flashes shortly after I eating coconut oil. I was up to 6 tablespoons a day with no problem, but the extra heat I experienced was too uncomfortable to continue that
dosage. I am now taking 1-2 tablespoons a day, without feeling extra hot. Any suggestions on how I could up my dose without the extra body heat?
Also, I am making sauerkraut with great success, despite the temperature. Today it was 86 degrees F in my kitchen, and my latest gallon of kraut loves it. At this temperature it takes 14-16 days to reach a good sour flavor. The key to not having spoilage is to have
everything very clean and make sure the kraut is submerged under liquid. I usually have to add a cup of water in which 1 teaspoon of salt has been dissolved to maintain a proper liquid level.
And finally, since I started Bee's program almost a year ago, I no longer have uncomfortable varicose veins. They are less visible, no longer protrude, and never hurt like they used to. Thank you, Bee!
