March 18, 2005

During the last four months I've pretty much cut out foods that feed the candida, and began increasing my good-fat intake about 6 weeks ago. Many of my symptoms have been relieved, but I could never get warm. Even while taking a hot shower my skin temperature stayed cold to the touch!

Today I began to up my salt intake, per Bee's advice, added fresh squeezed lemon to my "salt water," and have had good coconut oil last night and today.

The change in my energy levels/metabolism in *less than 24 hours* is like night/day.

For the first time in a long, long time I am actually warm (without being covered by blankets). I feel a huge warmth, like a hearth fire, coming from within. The internal furnace has been fired up. My hands are warm! My feet are warm! It feels *really* good.

Just had to share this. And thank you, Bee, very much.

*changing into short-sleeved shirt*,
Lara
