Blood Pressure readings are normal. I'm more than pleased with the blood pressure readings. . .!

I just wanted to say that I've been taking my blood pressure readings
several times per day over the past week, and it's AMAZING on this
program. I've always had "on the high side" BP... it was usually
140/90 to 130/85 or so. At one time when I was 18 years old, I
underwent treatment for it, because it became 150/100. But now, it is
averaging 107/67 and my pulse is down at a very healthy level too.
I was worried about thyroid issues as my body temp was quite low since
my return from Russia. (96.0 - 97.7). I made an effort to start
rebounding once or twice per day for 9 minutes, and it seems to be
coming up somewhat. I'm keeping a chart for 10 days. (From noon until
6:00 pm it was 98.6 - 98.8 today!)
So I've set up a physical for July 24th for blood testing. I just want
to check thyroid, Biotin, cholesterol, mineral levels, liver, etc...
I have a feeling everything will check out VERY good, except for the
high cholesterol that the doctor will freak out about and I'll tell him
I'm not worried about it. (Same doc who has my dad on lipitor, high
blood pressure medicine, etc... and my dad still had a heart attack
anyway). :)
I'll post blood results afterwards, to help ease people's anxiety about
this "radical" diet. I'm more than pleased with the blood pressure
readings though!
