Thanks Bee for what you are doing but this diet is not for me now. It is no longer going to be a diet but a way of life for me!

The benefits so far have been wonderful. IBS [irritable bowel syndrome]?? what is that? It has gone. The burning feeling on the soles of my feet gone. I am sleeping better and also deeper. Other than going through the effects of die-off [symptoms] this is a fantastic way to live. I have found the real meaning of good food. I’ve thrown all the canned food out I used to eat. Looking forward now to a lot healthier life.
