Hello Bee,

Derek here. Just reading this post [about suppressed immune system], I had to post. Having been on this diet for just over 4 months now this topic has come just as I am starting to get a cold for the first in years. It has given me a great lift.

I would like to thank you again for all your sterling work and time. God Bless you for all you are doing Bee. I am sure I would of been near to death had I not started eating the good fats and sticking to the diet.

I have lost over 30 lbs and I am starting to feel really good. Brain fog has gone and the IBS and burning feeling in the soles of my feet and even the purple nose is fading onwards and upwards Thanks again.
