Sleep apnea was gone after 8 months. I also think that the good fats also keep the sinus's, mouth, nose, and eyes moist and really does bring the tissues back to normal. I lost a lot of weight. Somehow eating right on this plan helps to correct muscles, and strengthens them. I noticed muscle improvement in throat and neck area, along with improvement in the reproductive area (muscles) and also in my extremities.

Ellie, I really do believe that Bee's program can help sleep apnea. I've had it for years and when I followed Bee's diet for 8 months my sleep apnea improved each month and by the end of the 8 months it was gone.
My husband was so happy that I did not keep him awake with my snoring and stopping breathing all night long. I think part of it was that I lost a lot of weight, especially around my neck and throat area. That sure helped the throat to keep from collapsing while asleep. Before I started the diet, I went to a sleep study clinic. One of the suggestions was to have a bite plate made from my dentist. It draws the lower part of your mouth (chin) out and keeps the throat from closing up during sleep. It did help, but I no longer need it. I did get a much better sleep when I used it though. Just another idea, till you regain your health through Bee's diet. It does take time though.

P.S. Another thought: inflammation is often caused by the wrong diet. Too much sugar, grains and not enough good fats, proteins and healthy veggies. The inflammation in my body just melted away with this diet.
