Bee,

I have been following your candida program for 2 1/2 months now. I have had a few set backs with cheating, but am having amazing success in one area in particular, that I wanted to talk you about.

I am 43 years old. I was diagnosed with a chronic progressive disease a year ago, which basically left me with arthritis of the spine (and its genetic). Before being diagnosed, I was in pain for 1 1/2 years. My neck, shoulders and upper back hurt so much. The pain would be worse at night, in the morning I needed a heating pad before I could move enough to even get out of bed. I could hardly hold my head up, I wanted to wear a neck brace.

My posture was terrible, I couldn't stand up straight, hold my shoulders back, etc. I went to physical therapy, took meds, had massages, the best results I had came from swimming everyday, if I skipped more then one day, the stiffness would come right back.

But my some miracle now, it’s gone. And I have not been in the pool for 10 days now, and I have no pain and stiffness. This is unheard of. I am amazed and I can't believe it.

I am just blown away by this. Who would believe the pain was caused by fungus [caused by toxins put out by fungus/candida]? Can I actually control this pain by following this diet? I never dreamed that that pain would ever go away or would be an outcome of following this program. My doctor told me it was chronic and progressive, and I only expected it to get worse.

This is too good to be true!
