Bee your research and website have been a Godsend. This month my skin has dramatically gotten younger looking. All my skin, not to mention rashes gone after a life time of fine rashes, almost to my entire body, and "turkey neck" is mostly gone. . . . if the outside has improved that much, just imagine what is going on inside.

This month my skin has dramatically gotten younger looking. All my skin, not to mention rashes gone after a life time of fine rashes, almost to my entire body.

The most improvement for me are the tops of my hands, face, chest, the parts that got the most sun exposure, that were so aged looking. No creams at all, yet. Just 3% peroxide–food grade diluted, spritzed on body several times a day, and doing fair job of diet.

My guess is 10-15 years younger looking skin. And the "turkey neck" is mostly gone. This change has really inspired me to do better in all aspects of diet. Cause if the outside has improved that much, just imagine what is going on inside.
