After 6 months I am finally not tired anymore. Also a lot of other symptoms are gone, including leg cramps, stomach pains, irritability, thyroid problems, etc (the list is long).

Dear group and Bee,
I've been on the diet since April, though I'm not very disciplined. I usually cheat once-twice week, but I restrict my cheating to what causes the least die-off. Sugar, alcohool, bread is what gives me the worst die-off, so I stay off it completely. The biggest challenge is to stay on the diet when I start to feel good.
However, going up and down for the past 7 months, I got annoyed with being self-destructive. Since I wasn't too hard on myself when I was cheating, somehow in the process I gained better understanding that I really have to do it for myself because nobody else will:). The result is that I cheat a lot less, and don't really have the urge anymore.
So the good news is that after 6 months I am finally not tired anymore. Gosh, that feels so good, to be able to get up in the morning refreshed. Also a lot of other symptoms are gone, including leg cramps, stomach pains, irritability, thyroid problems, etc. (the
list is long). I think I had such good results even with cheating ecause I was eating a lot of good quality food, lot of good fats and almost all the supplements. I also did many things Bee suggests to revive the
body (enemas, showers, epsom salt baths- this list is also long:).
For now, I am most worried about my brain (very slow), and my memory capacity is terrible, so I made a list that goes "When I eat carbs I will develop:...", and posted it everywhere in my house.
But even with one step forward, two steps back I have great results! So big cheers to all of us, and keep going. One day at the time.
