Buzzin' Bee's Daily Plan for Healthy Me
Note: This daily plan is for candida.

Prepare For The Day

Electrolyte Drink - Make 6 X 6 ounce servings for the day.
Drink one now, one with meals and the rest is kept in a quart canning jar in
the fridge to drink when needed during the day.

Pau D'Arco Tea - Make 4 cups
Pau D'Arco tea and keep in quart canning jar to drink throughout the day when needed.

Bee's Egg Drink - Make 2 servings, one to drink for
breakfast hot. The other serving is put in a pint canning jar in the fridge to
have at 2:00 pm with supplements.
0nce a week I prepare all the supplements for
the week, and put them in little containers for each day labeled am and pm.
Since I make the electrolyte drink, Pau D'Arco tea and Bee's Egg Drink daily it is easy to grab them if needed and put them in my cooler to
take with me if I need to be away from home for extended periods of time. I
also keep hard boiled eggs available in the fridge throughout the week for a
quick snack or pack as needed.
If I find I need more vitamin C for some reason during the
day, sometimes I add ascorbic acid vitamin C crystals to my electrolyte drink
with a drop of stevia.
I have a travel checklist list available taped on the inside
of my kitchen cupboard to help me remember to pack what I will need while away
from home like, supplements, Celtic Sea Salt, limes, olive oil, coconut oil, etc. that I
have ready in smaller travel containers.
When my Mom was ill I would make everything the night before
(including the egg drink) so I would be able to pack my cooler and take off
quickly in the morning to go spend the day with her.
Breakfast
Bee's Egg Drink
Take with breakfast:
- 1 - Calcium 300mg
- 1 - Magnesium 300mg
- 1 - Vitamin C Complex 1,000mg
- 1 - Vitamin B Complex 50mg
- 2 - Niacin l00mg
- 1 - Vitamin E 400IU
- 2 - Vitamin A 10,000IU
Carlson's Cod Liver Oil - 1 teaspoon with 3 drops 100% oregano oil in it - see Cod Liver Oil Products with Nutrient Levels
Mid-Morning - Vitamin C drink (electrolyte drink with 1,000mg vitamin C ascorbic acid crystals)
Lunch Ideas

Chicken Soup

Beef Stew (always
seasoned with 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, fresh pressed garlic, and fresh
or dried herbs if desired).
- Green salad with diced meat, chicken, or canned tuna fish
in it (seasoned with lime juice, olive oil, Celtic Sea Salt, fresh pressed
garlic, Cilantro and other fresh or dried herbs).
- 4 ounces ground beef cooked in cast iron pan with french green beans, onion and red or yellow bell pepper. For variety sometimes I will add a little Timpone's Salsa Muy Rica during
the last 5 minutes or so of cooking.
- 4 ounces ground beef cooked in cast iron pan with chopped
red or white cabbage and sometimes a little onion and/or red or yellow bell
pepper
After cooking one of the various meals above, I put it in a
serving bowl and season with 1 tablespoon coconut oil, fresh pressed garlic and Celtic
Sea Salt.
Sometimes I will also add a little red pepper, basil, infused
olive oil or even fresh homemade salsa on top.
Take with lunch:
Mid-Afternoon - Bee's Egg Drink
Take with egg drink:
- 1 - Calcium 300mg

Dinner Ideas
- Baked Whole Chicken in Pampered Chef covered stoneware, with steamed
broccoli, or misc. vegetables (with butter, Celtic Sea Salt, fresh pressed
garlic).
- Meatloaf, green beans, salad (seasoned with fresh pressed lime
juice, olive oil, Celtic Sea Salt, fresh pressed garlic and herbs).
- Roast Beef roasted in Pampered Chef covered stoneware with vegetables, salad (seasoned with fresh pressed lime juice, olive oil, Celtic Sea Salt, fresh pressed garlic and herbs).
- Beef Liver sautéed with onions, broccoli and red or yellow
bell pepper and a salad (seasoned with fresh pressed lime juice, olive oil,
Celtic Sea Salt, fresh pressed garlic and herbs).
- Occasionally we splurge by barbecuing fresh wild caught salmon on a cedar plank (when it is in season) with steamed
broccoli and a salad (seasoned with fresh pressed lime juice, olive oil, Celtic Sea Salt, fresh pressed garlic, Cilantro and other
fresh or dried herbs).
Take with dinner:
I find it easy to get 5-6 tablespoons coconut oil each day (with 4 tablespoons
total from two of Bee's Egg Drinks) by adding 1 tablespoon to 2 tablespoons more to
hot meals with lunch and dinner. I make
sure I take it before 4:00 or 5:00pm so it doesn't keep me awake at night.
Bedtime
An Hour or So Before Bedtime - Vitamin C drink (electrolyte drink with vitamin C ascorbic acid crystals)
At Bedtime:
- 5 drops Oregano Oil (1:5 strength) under the tongue
- Lots of prayer
- Count my blessings
- Thank God
