Forced Swine Flu Vaccine
How to Overcome its Poisonous Effects
It appears as if the U.S. and other countries are going to force people into getting the Swine Flu Vaccine, or they will be charged with a "felon" (crime) and put in jail.
All vaccines are poisonous, as documented in these references Vaccine Website and they are based upon a totally false antibody theory - see Antibody Theory Debunked.
Therefore it is important that everyone avoid getting vaccinated.

First, you should try to sign a "waiver" to get out of getting the vaccinated - see this website for the correct waivers to sign Vaccination Liberation - Exemption Information.

If signing a waiver doesn't work, you can increase your immune system in order to overcome the poisonous effects of the vaccine by eating a good diet, and by taking some supplements to help your body detoxify the vaccine as quickly as possible.

You will need at least 3 days to get your body ready for the vaccine/poison, so if you have to "buy some time" I suggest you "fake a cold/cough" because they aren't supposed to administer any vaccines when you have a cold or cough.
These recommendations may not help everyone, so they are only suggestions that help boost the immune system so a person is better able to "fight-off" the bad effects of the vaccine.
Adults - Diet & Supplements
Note: Children 18 months to 12 years old can take 1/3rd of the adult doses. Babies take a different set of supplements - see below.
Diet - start 3 days before being vaccinated and continue for 4 days

Avoid all sugars, fruits, starches, grains, and processed Foods. Sugar decreases the function of your immune system almost immediately, and as you likely know, a strong immune system is key to fighting off viruses and other illness. Remember that sugar is present in foods you may not suspect, like ketchup and fruit juice.

Eat plenty of good meats, eggs, and vegetables, along with natural fats and oils that were consumed before the industrialization of our foods - see Characteristics of Traditional Diets.

Get Enough Rest. Just like it becomes harder for you to get your daily tasks done if you're tired, if your body is overly fatigued it will be harder for it to fight off the bad effects of the flu vaccine - see How to Improve Insomnia/Sleep.
Supplements - start 3 days prior to being vaccinated and continue for 4 days

Take double doses of a good cod liver oil that contains omega 3 essential fatty acids (EPA plus DHA), vitamin A and vitamin D - for more information see Cod Liver Oil Products/Brands with Nutrient Levels.

Buy a separate "true" vitamin A supplement, called retinol, which is available in fish "liver" oil like halibut, cod, shark (without vitamin D in it), and take 100,000 IU per day including the amount in the cod liver oil above.

Take 1,000 IU Vitamin C three times a day, which you will increase to higher doses after getting the vaccine shot (see below). Buy vitamin C tablets that contain rosehips, citrus bioflavonoids, hesperidin and rutin. Some vitamin C brands may not contain all of these substances, which is fine too.
Take High Doses of Vitamin C After Getting Vaccinated
Right after getting vaccinated, or as soon as you can, take 4,000 mg of vitamin C at one time and also take 1,000 mg every hour you are awake until you reach bowel tolerance (which is when you get loose stools), and then take about 150-200 mg less every hour until you reach bowel tolerance again, and so on. Take these high doses of vitamin C for 4 days or more, depending upon when you reach bowel tolerance.
Babies (newborn to 17 months old) Diet & Supplements
Diet - start 3 days before being vaccinated and continue for 4 days

In addition to breastmilk, only feed the baby egg yolks, meats and good fats like butter and unrefined coconut oil for 3 days prior to getting vaccinated. If the baby is older and already having vegetables some non-starchy mild tasting vegetables like cauliflower, summer squash, or green beans should be cooked very well until soft and given to them too.

Rub 1 teaspoon of cod liver oil into their abdomen once a day.

Mix 1/2 teaspoon of ascorbic acid crystals (vitamin C) into 8-10 ounces of non-chlorinated water (taste it to make sure it isn't too strong), and offer it to the baby several times a day until it is all gone.

Peel and crush 1 garlic clove and rub it into the baby's feet once a day.
