Hello. My name is Bee Wilder, and I own this website. This website is the result of 30 years of exploration and research into nutrition and natural healing, which began in 1985 when my own health failed miserably. Fortunately I was able to regain my health, mainly with healthy foods and supplements.

I was born in Northern Wisconsin, USA, where we lived in the country near my grandparents, who were farmers. Therefore I was raised on natural foods direct from Nature, such as raw (unpasteurized) butter, milk and cheese, free-range chickens and eggs, grass-fed beef, naturally raised pork, wild game and fish, and fresh garden vegetables.

I was healthy until I was 14 years old, when my Mother started making foods that are unhealthy, including white flour, and unnatural fats like Crisco, Mazola Oil, etc. I got my first tooth cavity at that time, and started getting stomach ulcer attacks. During the ensuing years I also suffered with recurrent bladder infections, ovarian and bladder cysts, migraine headaches, pneumonia, and numerous colds and flu.

In 1984, when I was 43 years old, I was sicker than I’d ever been before, particularly with stomach pains, heartburn, gas and vomiting. I took tons of antacids, trying to keep the pain at bay, but nothing helped, and I got worse and worse. Early in 1985 my doctor called and said she had information that may be the answer to all of my health problems. When I met with her she told me about Dr. William G. Crook’s book “The Yeast Connection.” She wrote up a program for me, which included Dr. Crook’s “cave man’s diet,” supplements, Nystatin (an antifungal drug) and probiotics. However, later on I discovered there were many things recommended that didn’t help me, including high-carb foods, fruits, thyroid hormones, Lugols’ iodine, Nystatin and probiotics.

At one point during the first year I was losing 3 pounds a day and could only eat nine foods in the whole world; everything else came back up so I had no choice. I became almost totally bedridden by tremendous fatigue, muscle aches and pains, gastric upsets and pain, and many other symptoms. Each month my health improved little by little, and after 2 and a half years on the my doctor’s program I was healthy enough to go back to work. However, I still had health issues that were not improving including an upset stomach.

In the intervening years I continued studying health and nutrition, but it wasn’t until I got on the internet in 2002 I was able to increase my knowledge enough to understand why I wasn’t improving. One of the first websites I discovered was the Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF), who had the most influence on my thinking and education about health and nutrition, particularly because of Dr. Weston A. Price’s book “Nutrition and Physical Degeneration”.

Later on I discovered The Optimal Diet by Dr. Jan Kwasniewski, in Poland, who had been successfully helping people reverse many health issues with his diet for over 30 years, including heart disease, diabetes, asthma, arthritis, obesity, cancer, etc.

My first article was published on the internet March 10, 2004, called “How to Overcome Candida, Part I”. At the time I didn’t know “the truth about candida/yeast, bacteria, viruses, etc.”, however, since starting my Candida Support Group I have done a tremendous amount of research and written many articles. Finally in 2011 I realized my nutritional program, called Candida, was an overall healthy program that improve anyone’s health, as witnessed by these amazing Success Stories.

Essentially my Candida Program is a “natural healing plan” because it provides the combination of nutrients all Humans need to heal naturally according to Nature’s Laws on Health and Healing.

What your body doesn’t need is more poisons, which are more prevalent in today’s society than ever before in history.
