Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
  • 2 green onions, roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed & chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ocean sea salt
  • pepper to taste
  • juice of 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. In a food processor or blender combine all ingredients except olive oil.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. With the processor or blender running at a very low speed slowly add olive oil.
  4. Thin with water if desired.
